    This is an excellent video course! Gratitude is so important that I have had to learn to stop the affirmations, meditations, visualizations, etc. until I could come to a simple act of gratitude, both for the positives and for the negatives. Gratitude clears things out so that the clear, ego less light of one’s empowered creativity can play without restriction. Thank you so much for reminding us all of that!
