PLR Means Easy Profits

FREE REPORT: “11 Ways to Transform PLR into Cold, Hard Cash” & “5 Steps To A Big-Profit, S.M.A.L.L.™ Report BusinessClick Image to Download NOW!

If you’re working online, you’ve likely heard buzz about PLR or “Private Label Rights” content. If not, where have you been hiding?

If you aren’t familiar with PLR products, basically they are digital items (articles, ebooks, etc.) that are provided in a file that you can edit and use in various ways.

How’s that for vague?

The reason the description is so vague is that PLR content can be found in many forms:

  • articles
  • prewritten newsletters or ezines
  • small reports
  • full length e-books
  • website templates
  • audios and even videos

Just to name a few.

Basically, anything that you can download on the Internet is being sold as PLR. The second part of my definition “can edit and use in various ways” is also vague because each PLR service includes their own unique rules. Most PLR sites allow you to edit the items as you wish, and use the content in your own projects. However, they usually do not allow you to sell PLR rights to others to do the same.

Translation: You can use the PLR product for your own uses, but you can not sell or give the product to others. (Read the rules with any PLR you purchase as they can vary greatly.)

To simplify things, this free report will focus on PLR articles, reports and ebooks. Download your copy NOW!

How To Avoid Having Your Downloadable Items Ripped Off!

Selling online is not as secure or safe for you as you might think. The obvious things when selling downloadable goods like e-books or software are to use a secure payment processor (like PayPal) and/or a third party fulfillment service (like Clickbank) and to pay attention to your download page by not making the page title too easy to guess.

In addition you should use a META Tag like this: – META NAME = “ROBOTS” CONTENT = “NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW” – to stop the robots listing your page in search results.

I always thought that was enough, until I was ripped off three times just this last week. What I didn’t know was that the line on my ‘Thank You’ page which reads “Thank You For Your Purchase…” would show up in searches on certain search engines (like Alexa) and allow these unscrupulous people to steal my products.

SO BE WARNED!

As an immediate precaution I have changed the wording, but I will have to move to another layer of protection and use an autoresponder to send the items to an approved email address in future.

If anybody has some good ideas I’d like to hear them please!
